Vitamins??? What do I need?
I didn't start on vitamins until a few weeks out from surgery and it was the liquid kind at first cause I couldn't get a pill down. Now, I get mine from Wally World, CVS, Walgreens.....whereever I can find them on sale. The only thing I get from Bariatric Advantage is my Dry Vitamin D. You probably shouldn't buy any in advance or at least speak with your surgeon and see what he recommends.
I used these chewables early out, they taste ok.

I take
2 Centrum Chewables
Spring Valley liquid sublingual Vitamin B-Complex
Vitamin C (also chewable)
Vitamin D
Citrical Petites (You'll have to take more of them, but they're easier to swallow)
Poly Iron 150 Forte (Mine is prescription, but I've heard that there is an OTC formula available)
Zinc
I buy most of my supplements at Kroger while I'm grocery shopping. I also buy at Walgreen or GNC if they're having a sale.
