I stayed on target as far as calorie count but carbs were way to high. Got all my H2O in and vitamins in.
Today already downed 32 oz of water and vitamins. Just gotta stay on target with the rest. I feel you on going to the store hungry you wind up buying stuff you are not suppose to have like them damn MM's.

No gym for me this morning, but I 'treated' myself to an extra 2hrs of sleep and turned in early last night.
Eating was good - about to head to the nut store to get more protein shake powder and grab some lunch - I brought turkey chili, but the day is so pretty i need to get out!
vitamins done, water is..... ummm - ok - Imma work on it this afternoon! LOL

so far i'm getting in my protein and Vitamins, the water i have to work on. I usually have to put lemon in it in order to drink a lot. went for a walk with my co-worker at lunchtime. on our way back we stopped at crumbs ( cupcake bakery) those cupscakes looked so good I thought my eyes were going to fall outta my head! but I was good ya'll i didn't buy anything, even though i wanted to.
Well..I am doing much better now. I have the GS cookies out of my system. Getting back on track is a booger...but everything is alright. My girls and I went on a little shopping sprig....talk about motivation...it was a huge help. I can visualize my goal again. I feel better now that the sugar is out of my body. I have started to log again and will rev up the exercise again. I know this is a little vague but tomorrow I will give a full accounting...I just wanted to jump in here for now.... I am not lost.
protien vits and water done. Gym day done..I stepped up my workout from 2 miles in 30 minutes to 2.4 miles in 30 min on the eliptical. I was huffin and puffin and sweatin good yall! My veggie plan is working out well..I feel like Im eating all the time and that makes me happy. I just put extra veggies in my diet and it makes me full. I am learning to keep EVEN "healthy lo cal " trigger food out of the house. I cannot have 90 cal snack bars, granola bars, regular cheese, or protien bars in my house!!
