Hey hey BAF Family! MONDAY accountability time is going up a little early folks. Tomorrow's will be an early day so I need a head start.
Did you get the results you were working toward last week? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. What's on the plan for this week?
Protein first, plenty of water, carbs in moderation, take those vits, get your exercise... You know the drill. Be mindful of your goals and work your program.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I've been sleepwalking through this since my wl came to a total halt last month. I've got to get motivated and make this work. I'm still fighting over twenty pounds to get to my goal. Not sure how yet but I will find a way to do this.

My knee is still pretty messed up, you can feel the heat coming off of it before even touching it, so my doctor has made the diagnosis that I tore the ligament yet again, this being the third time.
I can't run, but I can still workout, for the twisting stuff I sit in a chair so that I don't wrench my knee, but other than that I go crazy.
I'M AM GONNA LOSE THIS WEIGHT
I have been sick with a really bad sinus infection and I just got back from ***** Cana, DR. I had a great time but now its time to get back on track. I gained 4lbs in that time so its time for me to work it off again. My job is limiting our Internet access so I will try and make my entry's at night. So far I had 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal w/ soy milk. And for lunch I plan on having a WW frozen meal.
