Hey hey BAF Family!  
MONDAY accountability time is going up a little early folks.  Tomorrow's will be an early day so I need a head start.
 

Did you get the results you were working toward last week?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  What's on the plan for this week?  

Protein first, plenty of water, carbs in moderation, take those vits, get your exercise... You know the drill.  Be mindful of your goals and work your program.

Its time to re vamp my program.  This week was neither good nor bad.  I was not really working my program hard but neither was I out of control.  Way more carbs than normal but decent calories. 

I've been sleepwalking through this since my wl came to a total halt last month.  I've got to get motivated and make this work.  I'm still fighting over twenty pounds to get to my goal.  Not sure how yet but I will find a way to do this.

Did a hour of Taebo Amped tonight.  My freaking arms are like limp noodles. 

My knee is still pretty messed up,  you can feel the heat coming off of it before even touching it, so my doctor has made the diagnosis that I tore the ligament yet again, this being the third time.

I can't run, but I can still workout, for the twisting stuff I sit in a chair so that I don't wrench my knee, but other than that I go crazy.

I'M AM GONNA LOSE THIS WEIGHT

Good Morning,

  I didn't do good at all yesterday, I think i only ate carbs yesterday,  didn't exercise. i don't know.....
well today is a new day, so far i've been on point and i have my gym bag ready for after work.

Hi Everyone,

I have been sick with a really bad sinus infection and I just got back from ***** Cana, DR.  I had a great time but now its time to get back on track.  I gained 4lbs in that time so its time for me to work it off again.  My job is limiting our Internet access so I will try and make my entry's at night.  So far I had 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal w/ soy milk.  And for lunch I plan on having a WW frozen meal.

Got  my vits today so I will b back on track with them. Good day. Protien and water done. Food great.  Today is not a gym day, and my back and butt are still sore from sunday. I need to download some new music on my mp3 2night for extra encouragement in the gym tomorrow.

Hit the gym this morning - did more cardio than usual - but couldn't JUST do cardio - the weights are my first love!!!! lol

Treated myself to a ribeye with a salad for lunch

going home to eat croquettes and sweet potato pie!

all vitamins done and water is going down!!!!! It's been a good day!!!
