Its Accounability SATURDAY BAF. How'd you do this week and what's on the "plate" for the weekend. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you doing well or fkcu'n it all up? Have you made this week work for you?� The weekend is still a chance for redemption.
Remember the basics: protein first, plenty of water, carbs in moderation, take those vits, get your exercise... You know the drill. Be mindful of your goals and work your program.

Yesterday I started with carbs. Bad idea because it was my chemical infusion day. Carbs make be want to eat, but I was ok despit having a donut, followed by half a bagle twice. Then came my full gram of steroids. Thats a high dose for those who don't know. Normally I eat light, just a protein bar of less than 150 calories pre treatment. The carbs set off major hunger. My salad was not doing it and even when the pouch was full the belly was begging for more.
I'm back to protein only today and never again will I eat heavy before and during treatments. This is an all day thing and the first time in six years I had the breakfast the hospital wants me to eat. Screw it. Steroid hunger normally takes a few days to kick in and I can controll it. Never before hog wild in just hours.
On todays plan, strength workout but only light cardio. Protein only and a litttle veg. No fruit and no damn carbs although I'd kill for pizza. I must remember my objectives especially since my weigt is still up. I cannot aford another bad day.
