Hey!!!!

Got my gym time in this morning, protein shake and bagel down for breakfast

Lunch will be some indulgence - probably Chick-Fil-A

Dinner - I will probably go by my new fav cajun resturant and get a french dip sammich and fried okra

In my neck of the woods, lent usually only applies to Catholics but my BF and I have decided that we need to give up some type of food and get back on track. I am still in Mardi Gras mode!!!

See - i tried to tell my homie that i was excluded! (she's catholic) she keeps trying to tell me it's a CHRISTIAN thing........

  told her I don't subscribe to guilt trips no mo - I turned my catholic card in a WHILE back.....

Joel Osteen ain't said NUFFIN bout Lent!!!  well - he might have - i ain't been to church since X-mas.......   but i ain't seen it on a podcast either!!!!!

My eating was waaaaayyyy off yesterday. I went to the shop to get my braids done and I only two bottles of water, Special K protein shake, Slim Jim and Nutrigrain chips. Dinner was regular spaghetti (I was out of Dreamfield's) and meatballs. No extra snack for me on account of the high carbs in the pasta. 

So far for today:

48oz of H2O - I'm behind schedule.
On schedule for my vitamins.
B - bacon and hard boiled egg
S - Protein Shake
Lunch - not sure, Mike is off today so we're on our way to lunch
S - chicken salad made with light cream cheese instead of mayo
S- protein shake
D - going to dinner, not sure yet
S- popcorn

Yesterday i lost it by the end of the day. i was fine at work, but by the time i got home i was so hungry that i ate the first things i saw! not good, but hey you know the old saying, you fall down got to get back up and dust yourself off and try again. so frustrating.... i just want to eat what i want, when i want and don't gain any weight!!!
