On schedule for my vitamins.
B - bacon and hard boiled egg

Lunch - not sure, Mike is off today so we're on our way to lunch
S - chicken salad made with light cream cheese instead of mayo
S- protein shake
D - going to dinner, not sure yet
S- popcorn
