Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Sorry so late, lost track of time this morning. 

Its Accounability Tuesday BAF.  What's your plan for the week and have you put it nto action? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  How will you make this week work for you. 

Remember the basics: protein first, plenty of water, carbs in moderation, taking those vits, get some exercise... You know the drill.  Be mindful of your goals and work your program.

I got in 45 mins on the bike and had a hard boiled egg for breakfast and tea. 

Lunch will be tuna salad and some green salad. 

Dinner will be broiled chicken and some kind of veggie.

I ate fine yesterday.  Protein plus a little veg.  An ounce or two of nuts and coated takeout wings were my only straight up carbs.  Calories under 1300, protein just under 100 g.

Liquids were fine at 80 oz but I'm still out of vits.  Bad, very bad.  Exercise will be an issue this week logistically and physically.  Its exercise lite any way I can work it. 

I'm focusing primarily on food this week.  The carbs are comming down until I hit ketosis.

Doing better than I had anticipated.  Didn't get in as much exercise yesterday as I would have liked but I did do 45 mins on the treadmill.  My meal plan is working and food for lunch and dinner at work is prepared and packed to go.  Feeling so much better about my progress, and making myself accountable.  My totals for today are Calories 890  Fat 26.9g Fiber 11.5g Carbs 27.9g and Protein 117.2g.  Wanted some Chocolate Pudding and whip cream but I had to let that alone for right now...to many carbs!

You can always make up missed workouts.  Don't forget the value of sf ready made pudding and low carb/ sf/ ff coolwhip for the tough times.

yesterday I did pretty good. did about 20grams of carbs, 101 protein. i also went to the gym. Today i did good so far. I'm having a tuff time getting tha****er in but i'm trying. after work, came home and worked out on the WII active.

Sounds like you're doing well.  I get to try out wii fit this week.  Looking forward to it.
