HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
I ate too much yesterday. Were I at maintenance it would be fine but I still have too much left to loose. I had two triscut and two of those scoop tortilla chips I could have done ithout plus some sf choc covered peanuts, cocoa roasted almonds, and stkins bars. A total junk food day. Not the way to ketosis.
I'll be eating on the run here and there over the next few days. I've picked up some low cal munchies like snap peas and shredded lettuce along with foil packs of tuns, protein bars, chicken vienna sausage, lite no carb cheese... Not the way to ketosis but caloiries will stay in check.
Water on point. Still out of multi vits. Weight still 7lbs up. I may need a few meat and protein powder only days to kick thid body into grar.

Today is my son's birthday and I will enjoy a piece of his cake. To offset, I will kick it up a notch and workout THREE times today. Just the treadmill, no going out for me today. I'm cooking his favorite today - pinto beans, fried chicken and cornbread pudding, cleaning up and tackling the laundry.
I haven't entered my info into DailyPlate yet, but I'll post it later.
Still holding steady at 131-134lbs. Still working out. Still keeping my protein/carb ratio where it should be. I may have to add an extra protein shake in today to cancel out the carbs in the cake.

I have been messing up for the past two days. I have been stressed like crazy!!!! It probably won't stop for the next month but I have to remember: No Mercy and No Excuses.
I have had tea and water today. At least I put a scoop of Nectar into my water. I had 5 pretzle matchsticks with some peanut butter. What was that about? For dinner, a small portion of roasted pork loin with some veggies, probably asparagus.
No exercise today but I will tone before the night is through. I will hit it hard in the morning, hopefully tomorrow will be better. I am going for protein shakes tomorrow.
