Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses�

I need a volunteer to post accountability for Thursday and Friday.� Its a travel week and my�online access will be hit or miss the next couple of days.�

Its Accounability Wednesday BAF.� Mid week, hump day, what's your plan for the week shaping up to be?� Tell�the whole truth and be accountable.��How's�this week working for you.�

Remember the basics: protein first, plenty of water, carbs in moderation, taking those vits, get some exercise... You know the drill.��Be mindful of�your goals�and work your program.�

I just left the gym - full body - hard to get outta bed tho, it's 38 degrees outside and my body said NOOOOOOOO we like tha bed!!!!  LMAO

I need to figure out what I'm going to eat for lunch - I may just take turkey chili.  Not having a plan is just a setup for a fukkup.....

vitamins done, about to hit the bricks and get into the office - MAN I am dragging!!!!!

thanks lady!  I'm waiting on the proceeds from my ameded tax return - I'm going to use part of that to buy 3 sessions with a trainer - I need some help maximizing and retooling my workouts.

I started liquids on Monday in an attempt to get back on track.  So far, so good.  It's not as easy as I anticipated, but the sluggish feeling is gone........

The first two liquid only days are tough.  Glad you're getting a little more energy.

Yes it has been.... but its so cold that I'm actually enjoying this warm Chicken broth.  Hopefully I'll be in underland by the weekend.  That's my goal!  I'll weigh in Saturday morning and will hopefully report good news.
