I was a month out and was not taking my Vitamins... I was feeling horrible!!!! Trust me, you dont want it to catch up with you. I went from taking nothing, but drinking Vitamin drinks. Then I added the multi vitamin and b12... then I added caramel calcium chews for the D (Which was low when I had surgery) and K... I thought I was good... but after a minute I was still not feeling 100... So I talked to some folk on here and they suggested adding B 50 complex, Omega 3 Supplements and Iron... I'm beginning to feel better and now I have the energy needed to workout and use the surgery tool effectively.
