LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I've entered in my proposed vitamins/diet/exercise into my spreadsheet. I'm going to try extra hard this week to stay on point.
Yesterday was a lazy day for me. Didn't workout and I was a couch potato.
Today I got up early and ran on the treadmill. It feels really good to exercise and not feel as if my heart is going to bust out of my chest. I will run again in the afternoon. I'll also do my OnDemand workouts on TV.
My goal is to hit 120oz of H2O everyday.

I'm on track. I ate well yesterday except fats were high because of takeout food. Protein was the focus with all carbs from produce only. Oh, uh, and honey infused burbon but its just 70 cal per ounce and low carb.
I was awfull with the liquids. No water, and maybe 48 oz. I'm still out of vits. On second thought, I'm not even close to on track without the water and vits straight. I may be eating ok but those are basics too.

Vitamins, exercise, low carbs & water good this weekend. I've broken my 2 month stall so I am working hard to continue losing. I'm preparing my meats today for the week so that I won't grab quick unhealthy snacks.
On Wednesday the surgeon said he estimates that i will lose another 20 pounds well that was disappointing because my goal is to lose another 30 pounds. Any who I will continue to work hard at losing the 30 pounds and maintaining it.
My work load has increased significantly therefore I won't be able to visit OH often and that is the support and information that keeps me going in the right direction so I'm going to have to make some adjustment so that I can continue to receive info & support.
I wish I was as organized as Wonka but.............I'm not there yet maybe I'll be like her when I grow up! :)

Hee-Hee...the only reason I'm so organized is because I have nothing but time. I was laid off last October so researching WLS, diet and vitamins is at an all time high.
