Still holding strong........I've been doing a lot better with eating now I'm trying to ramp up the physical activity. I am feeling a lot better and I'm glad I did the 5 day pouch test!

Glad the 5dpt is working for you.  I may hit it myself over the weekend starting Thursday.  I'll br facing a lot of temptation and it may help.

Hello All,

I haven't posted on BAF in awhile, but I'm here to make myself accountable.  The weekend was a total screw up, was having my own pity party. Today I'm back on track and I started going thru some pictures of before and after at my lowest weight and I wanted to slap myself.

Cleaned out the cookie jar and sent them home with my grandson and I've been back on track ALL DAY...Thank you Jesus!  Didn't  keep my carbs under 20, but I'm damn close.  Calories 963 Carbs 24.1g and Protein 130.3g

Carbs may be over 20g but they are still under 10% of total calories.  That's an accomplishment in itself.  Glad you got rid of the junk food and came out on the board.
