LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Sunday was decent. Protein about 178g, calories about 1303. No straight carb foods. I'm prepping for ketosis this week. Liquids on point, still out of multi vits.
I've got travel the next few weeks so I'll have to be creative to ensure I stay on point. Ketosis is the goal. Carbs from veg. Protein high. Plenty of liquids. I'm basing my calories on my "ideal" weight of 131 lbs. Workouts will be creative but I'll get it done.

Yesterday was all over the map for me - lots of errands, cleaning, cooking and snacking......
BUT - I did get all my stuff precooked for this week. Made come spicy veggie stir fry that I can't WAIT to get into when I get home tonight. Did some mango habanero BBQ wings too - woooWEE it's gon be a good dinner tonight!!!
I just got out of the gym and I'm drinking my protien shake and eating a toasted deli flatbread w/cream cheese. Lunch will be turkey chili.
Snack is skim milk and 100cal cookie pack.
I'm ready to get it in this week!!!! I have to finish administering reviews and my vision forecast for my department....... when this week is over - I will have to take a SERIOUS mental break!!!!

I bought chicken wings, cut them (using the cleaver is therapy) I seasoned with BBQ rub seasoning, baked at 400 for 20min or so. Then used Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero sauce, mixed with Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce and a little original Cattleman's BBQ sauce and a splash of lemon juice......
tossed the wings in that until coated, put back in the oven for another 15-20 min.

Yeah i'm still Tae Bo'ing, but I can only do upper body stuff cause my knee is totally jacked. I am hobbling around like a freaking broke knee fool.
Damit I need a vacation, my Beckster has been wanting to go to the Bahamas, I think i'm gonna plan a dam spring break trip before she gets home.

I haven't posted on this site in a while. I've been reading your Accountability post every morning and it's helping me alot to get back on track. it's been 2 years since my surgery and its getting harder for me to love the extra 30 i want to lose and i'm freaking out!!! . but its my own fault. all of the things you listed to do I haven't been doing them. I have to own up to it ( be accountable) Carbs and Sugar...... OMG! I feel like a crackhead needing a fix!!!! I got it bad and that ain't good! so far today I'm having a good day except I got a co-worker that always keeps a drawer full of snacks and doesn't mind sharing! so far I've been very strong, telling her thanks but no thanks or i'll take it then throw it out when she's not lookingafter work I will be going to the gym.
