44 MILES!  Wow that an awesome testimony for finding something you enjoy to keep the body moving.  Frame the number as a reminder of how far you have come and where you don't plan to return.  Okay, you have me motivated big time!  Thanks for sharing.

Oh how you put me to shame.....I can't even do 4 miles on a stationery bike, let alone 44 out in the real world!    Congratulations on your accomplishments.  I'll be at the starting lineup for the MS150 but only to hand out breakfast and cheer the team from my job on their way.  Then, I'll drive to the next stop and meet up with them at the resting point for the overnight stay.  Good Luck!!

That is awesome!  Congrats!!!  I have been riding my bike for exercise and I plan to do the Hilly Hundred this October (50 miles for 2 days and they do mean hilly).  I am trying to get myself ready now.  I ride every day (but in the winter I put my bike on a trainer in the cold garage). You just gave me motivation to get in some extra time tomorrow morning.
