Got the dreaded runners knee so my knee is huge and I have to stay off of it for 2 -3 days which throws me off of my marathon training schedule and it messes with my head, but if I don't stay off it I would screw up my entire program. It is times like this that I wish we could take anti-inflamatories so that I could get rid of this swelling quickly and get back to business.
So since I can't run I did a Taebo Amped workout last night which was awesome and kicks ass, i'll do that again until my knee is better.
Calories will be lower to compensate for the non running, even though I get more of a workout doing this dam Taebo.
