BAF.  There's still an hour left of Thursday but I'm posting now so I have to stop eating for the night.

working for you?  
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you working the basics: protein first, plenty of water, carbs in moderation, taking those vits... You know the drill.  Be mindful of your goals and work your program.

B-Protein Shake
Coffee
L-fruit cup
1 snicker bar (shared with co-worker)
1 bottle of water
1 slice of home made Chicken and Bacon Quiche
Supplements in!


Tis better to be dis-liked than to be loved by them cuz your always on their mind.

So far so good except for vits.  I'm out of vits.  Bad, very bad. 

Calories, protein, carbs all in check.  I'm riding the protein train.  As for water, working on the last 20 oz to make my total of 80 oz. 

My "budget" allows for one more snack of produce or protein but I'm trying to cut out the late night eating.  Just in case I weaken, I've conserved a few calories.   A late night piece of fruit or a scoop of protein powder won't screw my day.

Protein, water and vitamins on track.  However Mr. Hunger has come back with a vengeance!!!  I can't remember ever being this hungry, I mean constantly. 

What can I do to tame it?

I'm having a bottomless pouch day today myself.  Tomorrow's report will be shamefull for me.  I'm trying to fill up on seasoned veg.  Whatever you do don't let the carbs take control.

This whole week has been bad for me... .....  I'm going to go on the liquids come Monday to get back on track.  I hate this sluggish feeling.  I haven't felt this way since WLS.  I've worked too hard to let Mr. Hunger come back into my life :)

No success to report. I took myself off the assistance because I know I would be  for Mardi Gras & my birthday.  I resumed taking them today.  We will see what happens.

I thought assistance was to help keep the good times under control.  Is an appetite surpressant included?  I could use some surpression today myself.  Enjoy the celebration.

Hit the gym this morning - got a good workout in

B - protein shake, 1 slice toast
B2 - flat bread w/cream cheese, turkey sausage links (this is kinda 'brunch' since I am leaving the office early today

D - not sure - I kinda have a taste for chinese, might pick up some take out

This weekend - core work at home, stay focused on water intake and vitamins.
