Only 29 pounds to lose by 5/24/10

Well...I am down one more pound. I can tell that the further down I get...the harder it gets to lose a little fat. I was rummaging through my storage looking for those jeans I told you all about...the ones I had forever (since high school) and can not find them to save my life. Its funny because those dayum jeans would always pop up to remind me how fat I had become over the years with my ultimate mindset to get back into them one day. Well...dammit now that I have lost weight I can't find them  and try them on as another pat on my back for a job well done so far. Its alright....I think they were size 14 jeans. I will just go buy myself a pair...and work my way into them. Right now that size 14 skirt is getting there but you know that jean and pants fit much different than a skirt so I have a few pounds yet to go.

I am feeling really good these days. My boss even commented yesterday that the outfit I had on really showed my figure. Wow....that is for sure a compliment. I am used to looking like a f*cked up box...no ass ...and straight on both sides with an occasionaly misplaced hump ....I now have a figure....

SO I am trying my best to stay on track. I have not been logging in my food as much. I know its a good thing but I also need to just make myself conscious of what I eat "without" tracking. If I feel myself getting out of controls...I know that I will need to start regular tracking again. I do it periodically now.

I just wanted to let everyone know...that I am focused and will be making my goal. if you are on this mission with me. Continue to work your plan and let me know how its going for you.

I am with you, i'm still trying and of course I won't make my weight goal but I am feeling so much better in my tight ass pants.

I am enjoying and hating my marathon training.   My knee is messed up right now so I have to stay off of it for 2 days to let the swelling go down since we can't take anti-inflamatories.

Keep going I may not get there when you do but i'll get there when I get there.   Damit

Fighting this weight gain is making it harder to stay on point.  I'm feeling like why bother today.  I'm glad its working for you.

Believe me OA.....I have days like that too. It does get discouraging when you think about how hard you are working it....and to no avail. One thing...."do" bother because...even though you see a slight gain now....when we get in that F*ck it mindset.....a little gain turns into double figures....so keep working your program......for the long term benefits.

You are doing a wonderful job.  Way to keep yourself focused and motivated.  I had no idea these last hurdles would be so tough.  When you are starting out, it seems like the total amount you have to lose is so overwhelming that you will never get there.  Now I find that I am working twice as hard to lose the final pounds.  It's hard to stay motivated and easy to feel satisfied with where you are now.  But I am in it to win it and so are you.

Work that figure!  I am happy for you.

Thanks Lady J!

I like that term....yes we are in it to win it... I just know that my time for screwing around is over. I did not want to be at the same point on my next bday. You hang in there too.
