Yall know I find gyms ineffective, well this morning I went with a friend and man it was funny.
All we did was look at chicks, lol.
But there was this one chick with decent arms, that was so freaking ****y in the free weights area, she had nice arm i'll say. She was practually having sex with her arms the way she was looking in the mirror.
So my friend is like let's show her ass up, LOL. That is so not me, but we went over and started lifting and I was telling her why I don't lift in a gym and why I don't and this chick says, "You will never get the results at home you get in a gym.
So I just talked to her for a while and her tips. My friend kept saying aren't you hot, take off that sweat shirt. LOL
I of course refused until we were going to leave, LOL. It was so funny the look on that chicks face when I pulled my guns out of the holster. LOL. She started asking me about supplements and stuff.
I am so not like that, but gym rat chicks are annoying sometimes. I should know I was one of them.

You show em MsPickles, lol. Gotta love how every one you meet at the gym "knows" everything about fitness. I don't even talk to folks in the gym most of the time.
