One year down as of Tuesday, the ninth of this month.  While I'm not ungrateful, I am very dissatisfied.  But if you ever read my posts you already know this.  I ***** and moan liberally.

Tuesday I held the calories under 1000 and I'm shooting to do the same for Wednesday.  It will make my workouts harder to get through especially with me ramping up the cardio.  Its extreme but I've tried everything else.  I'm going to loose this fat if I have to starve.

No more detailed tracking for now.  I'm shooting for as few calories and as much exercise as I can tolerate.  Of course I'll be sure to get my protein requirement daily.

Don't forget that when you exercise more you need more calories and if you don't give your body those calories it is going to hold on to weight.  I am living that right now.

I ran twice today and came 200 calories short of my goal which ****** me off .

I feel your pain because it seems like no matter what I do I don't lose a pound, but I do know from experience that when you ramp up on the working out and don't bring those calories up your heading for more frustration.

Why does it have to be so dam hard.

Thanks Ms Pickles.  I know you are right.  I hear ya but it just ain't workin'.     I'm desperate at this point.

Normally I adjust my calories daily so that after my exerise burn I'm on track to average 1-3 lbs weight loss.  My first weight gain was just before my one month follow up.  And its been **** ever since.  I just don't know what else to try.  I've worked hard to avoid a starvation respose but no weight loss.  I also ensure a daily calorie deficit, no weight loss.

There has to be a point where my body has no choice but to feed off this fat.  I know metabolically it makes no sense, but neither does both of our inability to loose even after wls.

If nothing else, I'm in good company.  Had I not known how you run like someone is chasing you for a beat down yet still don't loose I'd have lost my mind by now.  Its comforting to know I'm not alone.   ...And we know misery loves company.

I know going low cal is wrong.  But I've done everything else regarding levels of calories, carbs, protein, fat...  under 1000 is the only thing I have not tried.  My surgeon wants me at at leat 1100 adjusted up for heavy workouts so I'm breaking the rules.  But the rules aren't working and his nutritionists are useless.

Ok now I'm just venting so I am going to stop.

I even did Nutri System for 2 1/2 months and didn't lose a dam pound.   No matter what I try it doesn't work.

The doctors can't explain it and some days it drives me absolutely crazy.   I have been dealing with it for over 2 years now not being able to lose and some days I just want to eat and eat and eat.   Funny thing is on days when I do eat oreos or something with a lot of calories those are the days i'll lose a pound.

I even tried doing a junk food diet and man I loved it and damit if I didn't lose weight.

I wish I wasn't keeping you company on this one cause it really sucks.

I could be real happy on an Oreo diet.  I'd make meals of both regular and golden to be sure I cover the major food groups:  chocolate and not chocolate.

WHEW!!!  Just got back - KILT it!!!  lol - focused on upper body.  Drinking my protein shake now - got some low sugar oatmeal going down after that.  Trying to figure out what I will take to work for lunch - I'm thinking soup with a few crackers and stopping at the store to grab some bananas for a snack later.

Dinner will most likely be BBQ chicken or pork w/green beans or brussel sprouts.

Already did my vitamins and now that the ice machine is fixed at the office, I can get my water in with no problem.

Hey all, I'm hanging in.

I feel like a darn runaway slave on the treadmill these days but I'm not giving up.  I'm working out around 90 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
