Hey Family,
I watched my very first superbowl in my entire soon to be 44 years of life. At least its the only one that I can remember...LOL! My oldest daughter loves sports yet I have NEVER been a sports fan. I only like the Winter Olympics. This year I made it a goal to learn more sports...cause it really is a good thing. Not only am I going to indulge in more professional sports in an effort to connect more with my fast approaching teenage daughter (hey...I am gonna need any ammunition i can get to communicate with this kid....not trying to be her friend but rather need open doors so I can get in that head when she tries to shut it down to me).
So the Superbowl was really exciting. The NO Saints needed that win. I was rooting for them. Anything to boost morale is a GREAT thing for the City. It was funny because I had my laptop in my lap googling play terminology and asking my daughter for definitions. I am not ashamed to say that I now understand the dayum sport. Hahahahaha....its pretty dayum simple...just get the ball through the opponent's goal post....LOL but I just was always confused about the plays in between.
You die hard football fans can stop laughing at my sports challenged arss. Anybody else out there thats sports challenged?
I am even going to take golf lessons....I am on a roll now ya'll....golf and football and I might even go to a few first basketball games of my alma mater's.
THE BEST part of the Superbowl were those funny arss commercials though!!! LOL!

I can't say that I have never been to a Superbowl Party....BUT the only play that I was concerned about was my arse huddled around the food table
..... I just never was into sports for some reason....maybe it was too much like exercise.... A guy I dated briefly thought this was unheard of too....I guess that why it was so brief...aha??? Once I realized my daughter has been watching these games by herself...I decided that I needed to take an interest. You know what....I have really been missing something and never even realized it. I mean the game, the technique, the skill and the tight azzes on those football players is definitely something that I have missed out on all these years...LOL! Seriously ....paying attention to the actual game last night was very enlightening. I am hooked.
