I am really pissed off right now because despite working my program well I am up five pounds this week.

Hold on don't get discouraged it's probably jus****er weight, but I feel you. Kicking Dirt I weigh myself every morning and my scale is not working as of this morning I changed the battery still nothing I'm in a panic and suck in the house with 25+ inches of snow outside!  I'm a slave to the scale ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

Stay on track and keep your eyes on the prize don't let that 5lbs derail you from your plan, its a good plan and it will pay of in the long run.

Thanks for the pep talk.  I wi**** were jus****er.  My body water % has not changed.  Wouldn't it be great if I could just throw on a few pounds of muscle?

Yes...I would suggest changing the batteries in the scale too. Might need to make sure that your body is not in that starvation mode. I find that I see gain sometime when I am not getting in enough calories which is bizzare to say the least. Hang in there girlfriend....you will be okay...just stay on program. You have been so faithful....your hard work will pay off in the long run.

I'm at a total loss.  I've upped the calories this week and did three high cal days to avoid starvation mode.  Also, the scale still mirrors the one at the gym.  This is insane.  Barely 10 lbs down since labor day.

Hey QA KCB,

I am still holding myself accountable. I am still on my plan but have strayed a little from the tracking. Missed my training session on Friday cuz we headed out of town to wait out the snow storm. I did workout 4 times over the weekend while at the hotel which was cool. So this week I am going to pull the reigns back in tight. I need to lose another 5 pounds over the next week...lol! Well I just need to do my best. I have a PS consult scheduled for 2/18...see my 30 pound post.

Cake took me down for the count again but i dropped the insanity and pitched the last of my daughters bday cake. We had plenty of it because her BDAY party was rescheduled due to the snow.

Four full workouts is not bad at all.  Now cake is a killer.  Good idea ditching it. 

Applause on having just 30 lbs left to go.
