Technically 10% of your assets. However we are not under the mosaic law.  Every person providing you with spiritual insight is able to earn a living for themselves, acquire land and the like.  
We know the utilities of the place of worship have to be paid and the building kept up. 
Bottomline - Do what you wanna do.  Ain't nothin changed, we still got free will. 
But just in case the cut wasn't just right I'd add a little extra from that return.  just sayn.

naw - 10% of gross - if you do take home, you putting god AFTER the tax man.........

TECHNICALLY YOU HAVE ALREADY TITHED OFF OF THE INCOME TAX THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.

HOWEVER, I JUST TITHE OFF OF THAT TOO. IT JUST FEELS RIGHT TO ME, SO I GIVE IT. BUT NEVER GIVE OUT OF FEELING OBLIGATED TO DO IT.

Ok… its 10% before gov't taxes. God law… Now…About a tax return. It’s how to look at it. God know every one heart,  If you want to give 10% or some of your tax return. Then Give..You will always get it back 100 fold. If  you don't.. you still have mercy and grace...The bottom line it to always have a giving heart when your hearts saids to give
