~AWFUL Last bite syndrome~

Even at over 6 years old, and more now then ever damn near....that last bite syndrome is kicking my ass!

For all the newbies...last bite syndrome does not have to be the last bit oe food....I am eating raw baby spinach leaves...with cumcumbers, pepper, ...you know a salad...I have over half left and went to put a bite in my mouth and gagged...i wanted it badly, but I know to well the LBS will send me hurling into dumping hell!

So true,  that last bite will kick your ass.     Chipotle did it for me last week it was so good and I knew I was done and I wanted one more bite,  oh lord I was stuffed and totally uncomfortable for almost a hour.

Whoa thats funny! I mean not really, but I did that with some soup yesterday... OUCH!!!

LOL....I'm eating some gumbo right now and trying to finish the whole bowl now and the "last bite syndrom" kicked in a while ago.  It's just soooo good and you know how fast gumbo spoils so I can't re-heat and eat later.  It's gonna have to go down the garbage disposal .  My greedy behind gonna get sick tryna eat it all!!

Wow!!......I didn't know there was a name for it!  I call myself just putting enough on that mini-plate to call it a meal, and yet I still can't manage to fini**** but it's just sooo good.  My head tells me it's just a small portion to begin with, and i shouldn't waste the food.  I know full well that I shouldn't put not one more morsel in my mouth, but I press on and then I'm just so miserable for the next hour or so.  Just greedy!!.....

I have that syndrome too!!!  I keep telling people that when I had WLS I should have had brain surgery at the same time!!

 

How about the last sip syndrome. OMG I feel like I'm swimming my stomache is driving me craze.

Ooh ain't that the truth about that LBS...I just finished suffering - umm hurling and I feel soooo much better now.  One would think that I would be LEARNING my lesson BY NOW!!!!   Hell, I even went to IKEA to purchase the "Toy dishes and silverware to eat out of/with and I'm still calling EARL at least one night a week!!  URGH!

Ugh what an awful feeling!  Painful, nauseating, sweating sleepy misery!

I've noticed after all these years that I get that last bite syndrome sooner and sooner in my meal.  It is so unexpected, but have learned very painfully to listen and stop right now when I even think I'm going to go overboard.
