Newbies...Helpful Tips

1. Research ALL surgery types.

2. Stay on top of your protein, H2O and vitamins.

3. Make sure you get your labs drawn often and keep a spreadsheet. Track your trends and tweak when necessary. My D is sliding big time, but I saw it coming. I just ordered 50,000 IUs of D from VitaLady.

4. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) is hot

5. Use TWO  forms of birth control. Getting preggers early is NOT a good thing.

6. Your pouch is the boss. Don't pu****s' buttons....you will regret it.

7. Get it moving. Exercise in any form is vital. If you can't get to the club, watch the FREE exercise videos that most cable companies offer.

8. Calcium Citrate, not Calcium Carbonate.

9. Don't worry about losing your curves or too much weight. Instead, concentrate on losing diabetes, hypertension or other co-morbidities.

10. You will need an *understanding* support system in place. Find and attend a support group meeting BEFORE surgery.

11. Less is best when prepping for your hospital stay. Toothbrush, paste, clean underwear and slippers.

12. Transfer addiction is REAL. Drinking, shopping, gambling, SEX...it can happen.

13. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) is hot
You are in control...take care and take charge!

Thanks Martita!

My D being off is by far the worst for me. I'm currently choking down 15  vitamin Ds a day. That's only 6000...can't wait until I get my mega dose from VitaLady!

What type of Multi? How much calcium is in your chew? How much D? I would add a Super B Complex.

Here are the numbers for my vitamins....

Calcium: 2 Tablets. Amount Per Serving: Vitamin D-3 (Cholecalciferol) 400IU, Calcium (Ultradense Calcium Citrate) 400mg.

B-12: One tablet. Amount Per Serving: 500mcg

Dry D - One Tablet, 400IU

Biotin: One Tablet, Sublingual @ 1000mcg

Super B

Multi
