What did you base your goal weight on?
My physician NEVER gave me a goal weight but each time I visit they are very proud of my progress...My goal was based on my friend..I am 5'4" and she is 5'5" and we are shaped JUST alike...I have extra skin which she does not...She went from 183 to 155 and now wears a size 6 and looks great...I am currently 159 and my goal weight is 150 because I figure @ that weight and after my plastics I can comfortably wear a size 6 and be happy with it (I now wear a 6/8) ...Now in my mind I think I can reach at least 145 before my plastics because I am working EXTRA hard and basically have 3 months to lose 14 lbs...And I would think that after plastics I will be somewhere around 140 which is truly my dream goal weigt...I know this is speculation..lol... But I guess it works for me...I started with a BMI of 50.8 and having one half of that and losing half of my weight works for me.
So how did you choose your goal or why did you surgeon choose your goal? Or did you have a goal size? Regardless of how "small" people say I have gotten I still feel like I weigh 294.

Well, I blasted past his goal and surpassed my own. Mine's was 145lbs and now I sit most days at 134lbs. I'm diligent about working out and I believe the extra muscle is keeping me at my current weight. IDK...only time will tell.
I have to keep a stable weight for six months before PS. I'm shooting for this Fall.
I still have big girl thoughts in my head. Old Navy jeans are VERY forgiving and I can fit a size 1, but I only purchase 2s because I'm terrified that one morning I will not be able to fit into them. Hell, I'm still fat in my dreams.
