I was back in the gym yesterday.  I did a good cardio and full body weights and I was (still am) wiped out.  I ate around 150  calories over what I had planned due to a late night snack.  I must get control over this night eating that has been plaugeing me. 

Nevertheless, I have a good deficit for the day just not as high as I would like.  In reality, achieving the deficit I want becomes increasingly difficult as my base caloric requierments decrease.   I may need to adjust my week's objectives  so I can exercise without constant hunger or slowing my metabolism. 

Pass/ Fail time: 
calories in deficit, pass/ protein 150g+, pass/ carbs 20% or less, pass/ liquids 80-90 oz, pass/ plain water 32 oz, pass/ vits taken, pass/ cardio, pass/ strength, pass

Today's objective: To get it all right again.

I'm still eating what I'm suppose to be eating and trying to get back on track. I am getting the water in with the help of crystal light and ice tea.

Glad you're on plan.  This water thing is so much harder than tou'd think.  Pre op plain water was fine with me.  Now all I want is a sweet beverage.  That just aint right, lol.

I'm staying on point with my eating and exercise.  It is so much easier when I can see the results on the scale.  I am so happy to report I am a few days away from my 3 year surgiversary and I'm down a total of 130 lbs!

Sure did, I rambled on with an explanation in Sunday's post.  I've entered a new phase. 

Our surgiversaries are just days apart.  One year for me but it feels like forever. 

Glad you're on point and the scale is treating you well.  Congratulations on 130 lbs down and still loosing.

I made it through the first day of carb rehab but they had my a$$ on lockdown in a straight jacket and padded room which made me want marshmallows...LOL!!!!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Yesterday was cool – was tired than TWO dogs last night.  Got a cut on the inside of my mouth so I really didn’t eat like I wanted to – that bit the big enchilada……

 

Today has been good – no tomfoolery on my part….. yet – never know what the night will bring!  LOL

 

Tomorrow is gym time – looking to do 20min cardio, full body weights.  The scale is really starting to **** me off – my dayum clothes still fit so WTF????!!!

 

Will be trying 120 on squats and 80 on lat pulldown.  Oh!  And pulled 160 on donkey calf raises too.

Damnit I'm desreasing my weight while you're increasing yours.  Yes I am green with envy.    That's my green eyed monster, lol.  Good going on the weights.
