I'm officially in "ONEDERLAND" coming in at a respectable 198 ! I haven't been under the "2" spot in about two decades. This feels good!!.....
......At six months out, I'm down 90 lbs, and so close to my next milestone of hitting the "100 lb weight loss" club! So this is my "brag on it" MOMENT for the week also. Count it all JOY!
