Dating after weight loss
Seriously, how has dating changed for you since surgery? Help me out, I wanna a wife and kids the whole nine. However, I think because I'm so cautious now that I may miss her because I'm being to critical of peoples motives.
Hi Joseph...Please stop reading my mind...lol...I started to post something about this yesterday but did not...My dating life has change dramatically after surgery...I was ALWAYS called pretty before but now EVERYWHERE I go men are all over me...I frequent this bar in Philly that I like a lot and it seems like I am the only female in the building because all eyes are on me and everyone is trying to buy me drinks, get my attention and get my number. It started for me in October 2009 when I went out and gave a handsome, well dressed guy my number and when we talked he said that he thought I wouldn't give him my number...He was basically scared to approach me...So anyway it kept happening and I was getting extra attention that night... So I thought to maybe it is me...So the next weekend I went out and the same thing happened...I do not wear provocative clothing and am having plastic surgery in April so I am imagining a WILD summer...lol
Now the guys that I meet are "top shelf" and have it going on...And it is difficult for me to accept the way guys are acting because even after losing 135 lbs and wearing as low as a six and small...I still feel HUGE...My BFF is upset with me because she feels that I should embrace it and it is difficult...Overall I kind of like the attention but it is getting overwhelming...I work full-time and am a grad student so my time is limited and what little time I have to myself someone is ALWAYS trying to occupy it...I go out on a date at least once a week and if I had more time it would be more...
I am not critical of peoples motives, I just figure they like what they see...But anyway good luck out there, it is much more fun when you are the one making the choices versus the other way around.

I think it must be the post op glow from all the vitamns and protein that attracts men. Or does wls release pheremones or something, cause i've been really popular lately too?
Or have skinny chicks been having fun like this all along and I missed it cause I was fat?
