Howdy BAF!!!

I've been dropping in from time to time but haven't been on the board as much. I see folks done changed names and pictures............I need to catch up. Nevertheless, I've been  a little down and not sure what I have to brag on.....................then I thought.........it's always something to be grateful for.............not where I wanna be but surely I'm not where I use to be.

On to bragging...............

This week for me it's mental. I'm starting a new job tomorrow and for the first time in years I'm not worried about being the biggest person at the job and I have no weight concerns going in. Sad but true...........I would normally worry about all of that crap and I am totally free from all that. For that I am grateful!!!

Special shout out to MM#1 and Double Aye..............the tips you guys gave me really helped with my interview; I've been out the game for 10 years!!! Sho nuff appreciate ya!

What can you do now that you couldn't do pre WLS? What blows your mind that you can do now?

Its not something I could not do before, but a little thing I noticed.  When doing yoga I bend my mid section without sucking in my gut to reach the full pose.  No need to pull in my belly anymore.

I ran 12 miles yesterday.  The run itself was great, but when I went to stretch my hamstring....I thought I saw Jesus and His 12 Homies.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

I hadn't worked out in months....I needed something to get me motivated. I signed up for a month of boot camp. Yesterday was the first day. I actually kept up with the whole class and when we were doing our runs my "L" exercise pants started fallin down, a quarter of a butt cheek snuck out LMAO

Congratulations on your journey and your weightloss!!!

I recently went to GA and was making sure everything was cleared out of my old house. I walked to the top of those 17 steps, turned around and said to those stairs "now what *****". I cant tell you how many times I thought I was going to die walking 362 lbs up those stairs. Such a great feeling.....still 3 years later
