Hey fam!  Whew - it's colder than a MOFO here in H-town!!!  I'm about to do the Wally World run and then THAT'S a WRAP!!!!

Cooking today (no particular order):

Babyback ribs (yes - AGAIN)
Country style boneless ribs
Salmon croquettes
Ground pork patties (for B-fast this week)
Brussel sprouts
Green beans w/ham
Stuffing

I'll be loaded up for the week and ready to go - that's my goal - to keep enough heathly choices on 'tap' that I don't get tempted for BS.  I ate pretty much everything last week - just a couple ribs leftover and I froze half the meatloaf.  Also have peas left so I still have enough of those.  For B-fast, I still have pancakes, and I will have the ground pork patties as a homemade pan sausage to go with them.

YUMMO!!!!!  Make it a great Sunday fam!!!

I'll be dining vicariously through this thread today.  No serious cooking although I need to.   If I do any cooking, it will be your salmon croquettes.

hey lady!  them damn croquettes were a HIT!  lol - I just finished doing the mix for them - I like to let it set for a hour at least to let the rosemary come out and really flavor things up.  them jokers will be gooder than a MUG later!  lol

HIT they are.  The fresh rosemary makes them special.  I've been eating them ever since you posted the recipe.

Hey Mack, It's colder than I MOFO here too, think it's like 19-22 degrees right now.  It's been really cold since Friday which was the coldest day this weekend so far.  Omg I think it was like 10 degrees here.  Anyways, not really cooking a big dinner today - not in the mood at all.  Did make a semi big breakfast - southwestern breakfast casserole (spicy cooked breakfast sausage, diced southwestern flavored hashbrowns, peppers & onions, cheddar cheese, and rotel tomatoes w/green chiles) topped with salsa & reduced fat sour cream - also made cinnamon rolls since my dtr kept begging me to make them.   Plan to have the leftover casseroles for breakfast the next few days.   Okay for dinner just a can of manwich and ground turkey - sloppy joe sandwiches and maybe some type of vegetable - not sure yet.
