Started working out....and GAINED 3 pounds - WTH???
When you first start working out you are doing some damage to your muscles. The tear down and rebuild is what helps you to get stronger. What you are most likely seeing is the inflammation from the tear down. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and keep up with your protein as this will aid in the rebuild process. After a while your body will get used to the new routine and it wont be so noticeable. Good luck!
