My gut is finally feeling less volitile so perhaps the vits and water will go down today.  I'm trying again to hit my goals:150g+ protein; 80 oz incl a quart of plain water; carbs 20% or less of total calories; vits taken.

I grazed yesterday which brought my protein up but also my calories.  Too much fat and take out food.  On a normal day it would be no big deal, but I have not been working out all week.  High fat, high cal, and sitting on your ass just don't mix.  Must keep the calories down until I'm up and around again.

Yesterday sucked.  I had another attack - sweat so bad, turned my hair into a fro at work!  :-(  I have no clue what's causing them, I thought it was potassium but I've been taking that regularly now.  It's not blood sugar and it's not low protein - I've been on my shakes like clockwork. 

So - after that lovely rollercoaster in the afternoon - the crash.  I fell plumb out last night and when my alarm went off at 4:30 - I cut the ****** off and went back to sleep.  It was raining real hard anyway.  Babygirl has a test prep session tomorrow morning - I'll hit the gym then. 

As for eating - I'm good - still snacking on cucumbers, banana and peanut butter crackers - got a hold of some chocolate covered pretzels - and they are the DEVIL!  LOL

Time to get that attack mess checked out.  You're way too young for hot flashes.  Not that I can tell you what its like.  Yet, praying for a quick menapause over here. 

I'll be making a cucumber salad today too.  I've got veg that needs to be cooked right away.  Cooking is the last thing I want to do today.

  you sound like my mama....... I went to the doc before about it - he told me to stop taking fat burners - did that - ish continued.  then it was possibly glucose or protein - got blood work, had low protein, got back on my shakes........

I feel like the part in the movie Independence Day when they nuke the ship over Houston then the operator comes on and says 'The target remains.......'

I pretty much stayed on my plan on yesterday and was down 2 lbs this am. Probably would have been more had I not eaten those 4 keebler grasshopper last night. But that was my reward fordoing so well the last 4 days.
I have been getting all my water in thanks to crystal light. Vitamins are in. But that damn exercise NOTTT!!!! We in the same boat MSW and we Gotta work on that.

This is definetly not my norm.  I'm going through a rough spell but I will be back to my two daily sessions asap.  Right now pain is kicking my @$$. 

I'm going to try a little yoga, isometrics, or a walking dvd if I can scrape up the energy today.   Until I'm burning the calories again I have to be really careful about what I eat.

Right now I am eating chicken wings dipped in ranch dressing...later IDK.  It will be another weekend of Mardi Gras festivities but I have been doing pretty good with the food choices...and if I don't...I buckle done for the days after the little splurges.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Thats the way to go.  Pay up front or pay later but cut back somewhere.
