LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I grazed yesterday which brought my protein up but also my calories. Too much fat and take out food. On a normal day it would be no big deal, but I have not been working out all week. High fat, high cal, and sitting on your ass just don't mix. Must keep the calories down until I'm up and around again.
So - after that lovely rollercoaster in the afternoon - the crash. I fell plumb out last night and when my alarm went off at 4:30 - I cut the ****** off and went back to sleep. It was raining real hard anyway. Babygirl has a test prep session tomorrow morning - I'll hit the gym then.
As for eating - I'm good - still snacking on cucumbers, banana and peanut butter crackers - got a hold of some chocolate covered pretzels - and they are the DEVIL! LOL
I'll be making a cucumber salad today too. I've got veg that needs to be cooked right away. Cooking is the last thing I want to do today.
you sound like my mama....... I went to the doc before about it - he told me to stop taking fat burners - did that - ish continued. then it was possibly glucose or protein - got blood work, had low protein, got back on my shakes........
I feel like the part in the movie Independence Day when they nuke the ship over Houston then the operator comes on and says 'The target remains.......'

I have been getting all my water in thanks to crystal light. Vitamins are in. But that damn exercise NOTTT!!!! We in the same boat MSW and we Gotta work on that.
I'm going to try a little yoga, isometrics, or a walking dvd if I can scrape up the energy today. Until I'm burning the calories again I have to be really careful about what I eat.
