Thanks for propping me up.  Its a lousy week health wise and I need the support to at a minimum not overeat.  Thanks for the love. 

I read this in a major trigger spot that I could just recently return to.  It would be so easy to blow it at the moment because the means of a cluster fkcu is right in front of me.  I'm just going to let those thought go.

Good job on sticking to an eating plan.  Now make yourself an exercise schedule and get started.  Even 290-30 minutes a day walking in place is a start.

Today...I honestly do not know what my plan is....I am not feeling well. Since yesterday I have felt as if I have a blockage so I am just going to do water and protein drink today until I feel better. My back is aching too for some reason.  Will monitor and and go to the doc if it does not get better over the weekend. I am just going to chug through today....have a headache too...man...not in good shape today.

Sorry you're under the weather.  As you can see from my week, I don't do well on plan when sick either.    What we bth need to do is maintain calorie control.

I have been slacking this week and not checking in.  I am still doing the assistance thing and it will be time to weigh in the morning...I'm scared...LOL!

I have been on task this week which is a plus for me. Exercise is none existant. But eating I'm staying of target. I have to be good this week and next because I will be in New Orleans 1st weekend in February and I'll know I'll be off task there. Plus I need to get off about 10 pounds by March. Water has been going down with a lot of help from crystal light. Vitamins are being taken on a daily basis. Only if I couldget my azz up and exercise those 10 pound would disappear quickly. But do I do it HEL! NO.

Alright MsO, you know what to do so why not do it?  Just 30 min a day.  A walk at home.  In your living room.  Get a Leslie Sansone dved or something else easy.  You can do this.
