Good morning BAF.  WEDNESDAY aka hump day and we're well into the week.  What kind of start did you get off to this week?   Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are your actions congruent to your goals? 

Stay mindful of the basics. 
Remember: protein first; plenty of liquids; take all of your supplements; no drinking with meals...   You know the drill.

Hey!

Just finished my cardio.  Fixed breakfast and lunch for the family.  Pushing my liquids right now.  I know the drill and I am working it today.

Did great on yesterday stayed on my plan.
Total calories: 919
Total carbs: 53g
Total Protein: 96g
Vitamins and water
Exercise was hand washing both vehicles on yesterday after work.

Today so far: vitamins, 40oz of water already in, and breakfast bacon and eggs.

hit the gym this morning - full body weights - 110lb squats, 160 leg press but will move to 180 Friday - I wasn't really stressed at 160.

protein shake, fiber one pancake and pork cutlet

got peanut butter crackers, a banana and my marnated cucumbers for snack

lunch is turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas

all I have to do is avoid the chocolate monster........

Still feeling crappy physically but better emotionally.  Got in protein yesterday but that's about it.  I was not dilligent with anything else.  Bad I know. 

I must learn to stay on track with my program regardless of how I feel or what else is happening around me.  I'm going to do better today.  I'm off to another late start but I will get vits and water down and get protein back up to 150g today.  No exercise until I'm feeling better.

All is well...I am down a pound based on scale. Exercise and food is on course. No slips to report. Just feel drained today...and had a very hectic day. Heading to rec center in a few. Have started to take my vits and supps at night.

I wore a new dress to work today and everyone was ooohhhing and ahhhhing. I was flattered but just not feeling it today. I can't wait for the weekend. I want to dance around the house after a hot bubble bath and a glass of wine or two.
