NASTY BM ISSUE

Have you tried a few teaspoons of Mineral Oil - Nasty going down, but loosens things up...so I guess you can say Nasty going out too!  Believe me that won't be you - but do stay close by the great white bowl though!!!!

Thanks for the suggestion.  Thought about the mineral oil, but high fat makes me dump.   I know some others could use this idea.
