I created a new OH account that I will use from here on out for posting. I will keep my other account for myself, current friends and selective new friends. I imagine I will update both but one with more basic non personal information.
I will see how this works out because I really need to stay connected and know that we really don't want the board to die if folks don't participate.
The other side of the coin is that...if OH causes ripples and tries to prevent people from having more than one account...well...then I might have to be OUT. Their decision while out of our control...might cost something in the form of increased duplicate registrations. I want to stay connected, keep my other profile intact...that was a lot of work but ensure my anonymity.
The fact that the moderator needs to approve this message because of my new status will give me an indicator of their attitude because it might not even make it to the board.
We shall see.

That's an excellent idea. I'm also migrating my info off line. I had always planned to since most of my history is locked on my old pc but now's a good time to get it done.
Most of my data was actually off line with OH as a backup before the pc died. I probably won't still track here. I did when it was convenient but If I'm using multiple sources ther's no benefit anymore.
There will be a lot of new aliases out there. Why should it matter. Its traffic and they still get paid. Plus it boosts the member figures when soliciting ads.
