Happy SUNDAY my BAF people. What's on your plan for the day? How'd you do yesterday? What do you have planned for the weekend? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Have you needed to make any adjustments this week? Tell about it. Remember you've got the weekend to straighten things out. The week can still be succesful. Make sure your behavior mirrors your objectives.
Remember the basics: protein first; plenty of liquids, minimum a half gallon; watch your carbs; take all of your supplements; no drinking with meals; wait the prescribed period for drinking before/after meals.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did nothing well yeaterday and I really don't give a rats ass. Don't expect much of me today either. I need a break and I'm taking the weekend off. No counting, no tracking, just what ever the hell I feel like doing.
I'll start my diet tomorrow. Remember that old line? The no op obesity mantra, LOL. But seriously folks I'm in a foul mood this weekend. I need a burbon vanilla protein shake followed by a good laxative .

WHEW!!! Been in a funk for the last three days - coming out of it.
I haven't been eating like a donkey - but I didn't hit the gym Friday like I should have. I will be in the gym tomorrow - 5am SHARP! I like the way that I feel these days - sharp, if that makes sense. I don't want to backslide and give that up.
Plus - I had a ****y moment in the gym last week - I told you I'm up to 110 squats and 160 leg press - well, I got off the leg press and a dude went to use it after me and had to take some weight off first. then on the lat pull down - I had 80 on it - the dude across from me had 70 and couldn't finish his second set...... hehehehhehehehe
doing the tea thing today as I cook - have hair and house cleaning too - that's my workout today.

We just returned from the rec center. Any post I make will have a delayed response since this is a new account and the moderator has to approve the post. I did well today with my eating. I did 35 mins on the elliptical and my weight training. All is good. I am feeling a little achy in my neck and calves right now.
I did not track my food today but I know that I am in range for no more than 1400 cal. I am going back to tracking on Fitday tomorrow.
