Good Morning my BAF family. Happy SATURDAY to you. What's on your plan for the day? How'd you do yesterday? What do you have planned for the weekend? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Have you needed to make any adjustments this week? Tell about it. Remember you've got the weekend to straighten things out. The week can still be succesful. Make sure your behavior mirrors your objectives.
Remember the basics: protein first; plenty of liquids, minimum a half gallon; watch your carbs; take all of your supplements; no drinking with meals; wait the prescribed period for drinking before/after meals.

I have been eating really clean, I don't do low carb.
My body is so funny I couldn't tell you what I do cause one week it works the next it doesn't.
I have been eating the same foods all week.
Breakfast: 1 pc. bacon, banana, 1 protein pancake
Lunch: lean meat usually chicken and snow peas
Dinner: Lean meat, a veggie, and frozen cherries
I have a snack of edamame and a cheese stick at 10:30
I have a snack before dinner of no salt de-hulled sunflower seeds, blueberries, and mini chocolate chips
I have a snack at night of hot cocoa 25 caloie one, sugar free
I have been eating that way all week, the chocolate chips are the Nestle's baking kind, the mini ones. I eat about 50 of them, but they are super small.

I just want to say thank you for your daily accountability messages! This is the 1st one i've responded to, but plan on doing more in the future. This is day 11 of my preop diet. I have 3 more days to go until the big day! I'm doing well, found protein that tastes good. Just hope it stays that way after the surgery. Getting my liquid in as well thanks to broth, decaf tea and water. Hope everyone else is doing well! Have a great weekend!

I know you're not a low carber. What does eating clean really mean? I eat everything on your menu. I just may not have all items on the same day.
I'm definetly feeling you on the way things change week to week. Currently, ratios are working. P 50%, C 20%, F 30%. As long as protein is at least 150g and carbs no more than 20% I don't worry about the exact numbers. I wish I could just eat the calories I need to maintain 131 lbs and slowly get there. I am so tired of all this bull **** finageling to get the scale moving.
