Its all about traffic.  Share links bring lurkers, trolls, the curious, and new members.  High traffic means higher banner ad and click through revenue.  

Fkcu us is right.  Long term members don't matter.  Support systems don't matter.  Traffic equals revenue.  Thats what matters.  If every regular poster stops posting no one gives a rats ass as long as the share link brings in the traffic. 

Any real support from here on will have to take place in amembers only enviornment like a private yahoo group. 

Yeah it looks like they got us good!  I am okay with people knowing about my surgery but I don't want a post started on another website just because someone feels like doing it. 

Well I guess it's time to go deep into incognito mode. We may not click the buttons ourselves, but someone with an ax to grind may do it for us and these buttons make it too easy. My friends on fb wouldn't even know about this place because they don't need the services, so it was a safe place for me but not any more. For those wondering, I was that tall drink of water from the country.
