I've been learning from body building sites. My wl responds to their methods better thast post op instructions.  For now what's working is 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs.  Any tracking site will give you this data for your day's eats.

As of yesterday I'm down 2 lbs for the week then today I get bumped up one.

My protein was 209g yesterday, carbs 17% of total.  It was my high cal day and I kept the carbs in check.  Liquids were 128 oz including a quart of plain water.  I'm way over my 80-90 oz max which always results in retention for me hence the pound.  I'm also full of it if you know what I mean.  This will be a correctol and gingerale weekend.

All vits taken but exercise was a miss.  I want no skips this week so I'll either swap with Sunday or double up today and tomorrow.  The plan remains the same today except I wil stick to my liquid max and complete my entire workout.

I have been slacking lately.  Got comfy with my weight loss to date and have just been slipping.  Lord help me but I have even eaten some carbs lately.  And I had some sugar.  Lord but I love chocolate.  Dark delicious chocolate.  It is the devil.

Tomorrow I have a plan.  Protein out the ying yang.  Exercise Exercise Exercise.  Push the liquids and get on track.  I will lose the rest of this weight.

If you do chocolate dark is the way to go.  Less sugar.

I get my fix with unsweetened cocoa powder in shakes, coffee, anything I can think of.  Hershey's special dark and natural cocoa only 5 to 10 cal per tablespoon.

You have a low cal choco fix now ditch the sugar.  You've got a good plan in place just use it.
