Good Morning my BAF family. Happy FRIDAY to you. What's on your plan for the day? How'd you do yesterday? What do you have planned for the weekend? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Have you needed to make any adjustments this week? Tell about it. Remember you've got the weekend to straighten things out. The week can still be succesful. Make sure your behavior mirrors your objectives.
Remember the basics: protein first; plenty of liquids, minimum a half gallon; watch your carbs; take all of your supplements; no drinking with meals; wait the prescribed period for drinking before/after meals.

Didn't do too bad yesterday but wasn't that good either. Didn't get all my water in and haven't been counting my calorie intake. Gotta do better and gonna do better. Will start the plateau break on Sunday to throw my body back into shock and to get a jump start. So back to the basis for me.
Today I'm conditioning myselp for this so I'm doing my water, vitamins, and will watch what I eat today.

First I have to say that it was absolutely not my intent NOT to do my exercise yesterday. My plan was to swim but the dayum swimming suit was swimming off of me...since I have lost weight. I need to buy a new one. I did not bring my workout clothes so the rec center was a bust. I did do a little on the Wii when I got home. Eating was good...got all my water in.
Plan for today:
B: 2 scrambled eggs, Mozzarella Stick, Slice of WW toast, 1/2 cup of milk, Supps
S: No snack...had a hearty breakfast
L: Boss taking us out for lunch. Will choose high protein, low carb meal
S: Protein Drink, Soup or Hot Cocoa
D: 2 oz Steak, 1/2 Baked Potatoe
Exercise: 30 min cardio; 30 minute Weights - Session with Trainer tonight at 7pm
80 oz combo of H20, Crystal Light with at least 20oz clear

I got a HUGE problem. I have somehow managed to gain 6 lbs in the last 2 weeks...in the past few months it is a total of 14. I don't know what I am doing wrong, well in the past two weeks I have discovered those kashi Oatmeal Raisin Flax Fiber Cookies, they taste too good to be true so I have a feeling they aren't. I work out 4-5 days a week, Circuit training. I eat a lot of soup b/c that is what my doctor told me to do and leafy greens....there is a can of Febreeze within reach at all times...somone suggest something o help. I am about to go crazy.
As queen of crazy weight gain I'm no expert. However, if you are carb sensitive those cookies and the beans may have pushed your carb count up too high as a percentage of your total calories. Also, many soups are high in calories fat and carbs so lable reading is a must. Greens on their own are prctically a free food. Its the prep that gets us in trouble. Think about the fats, meats, dressings etc used in preperation.
Thats all I can think of. Perhaps the vets have some better insight.

I will definitely look into the carb sensitivity issue. I think that might be the case. As far as the soup goes...I make my own. I even make my own stock from turkey breast so I know there is limited fats. I am a cabbage soup junky (sans beans, b/c I thought they may have been a problem) dang it, why must one's body change?!!!
