Good Morning my BAF family. Happy THURSDAY to you. What's on your plan for the day? How'd you do yesterday? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Have you needed to make any adjustments this week? Tell about it. Regardless of how you've done the first half of the week, the remainder can be succesful. Make sure your behavior mirrors your objectives.
Remember the basics: protein first; plenty of liquids, minimum a half gallon; watch your carbs; take all of your supplements; no drinking with meals; wait the prescribed period for drinking before/after meals.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did it keeping calories in check around 1350; protein in the 160's and carbs under 20%. All supplements taken and a kick ass workout. I'm hurting good but it is sooo good. Liquids are at 96 oz with a quart of plain water.
Today I'm sticking with the week's plan of protein 150g+, carbs 20% or less, liquids 80 oz minimum including a quart of plain water, no missed workouts. I inadverantly missed a stretching routine on Tuesday so I'll make it up today. There will be no skipped days or doubling up this week barring total incapacitation. Even if I can't make the gym, I will get every workout done on schedule.
no gym this morning - had a bad episode last night - my 'attacks' are back. It's not dumping or low blood sugar, but I get flashes, dizziness and when it's over - the fatigue is overwhelming.
I'm ok this morning - protein shake and toast for B-fast and brought all my food with me to work.
Vitamins done and looking to kill it on water today

Exercise on point with my playlist BUT man on man...my calves are feeling it today. Each night after my workout I take a hot bubble bath when I get home to help with the achiness....any other recommendations welcome.
Plan for today:
B: 1caramel rice cake, 1 mozarella stick, 2 hard boiled, vitamins and supps
S: 1 caramel rice cake, 1 mozarella stick
L: Piece of Baked Chicken, Applesauce
S: Protein Drink
D: Healthy Choice Dinner or Grilled Chicken Salad or Chef Salad
S: Cottage Cheese
80oz combo of H20 & Sugarfree/Caffeine Free Beverage (at least 20 oz clear H20)
Exercise: Think I will swim as cardio tonight for an hour and give my legs a break. Will do butterfly, breast stroke and j/k just doing the front crawl...cuz thats the only one I know.
