Thanks Ms Flyness, I have a sweet tooth and need some healthy varieties to choose from.  This sounds really good.  I would have to substitute the skim milk with soy milk since my tummy doesn’t handle milk very well but I’m sure it will still be just as good.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like chocolate ice cream.  I can't explain why it doesn't appeal to me.  I like chocolate to be candy.

The smoothie sounds great.  Do you think I could substitute PB2 peanut butter for the chocolate syrup?  That would be great.    I can eat chocolate with peanut butter or banana in it.

Thanks for the post.  I saw the Jillian Michaels protein in Wal Mart this weekend but didn't have time to read the nutritional information.  I was wondering if it was WLS friendly.  Glad to know it is, I will pick up a container this weekend.  I love the fact that you state the consistency is thick, this will help when making a smoothie.  Lately my smoothies have been kind of watery unless I add a lot of other stuff to them.
