Suck it Wendy's!!! Who needs you?
I plan to update my blog (someday) and include some of the more involved recipies (crepes made w/ soy flour and creamy crab/shrimp stuffing anyone?) But for now, I'll share something quick I came up with that *I* believe rivals the Frostie (I call it the Flobie)
8oz skim milk
1 scoop Jillian Michaels chocolate protein powder
1 dollop SF cool whip
Blend then freeze till it begins to get firm. Add SF hersheys chocolate syrup and re-blend until smooth. I'm not a fan of protein shakes and can't tolerate many powders but Jillian got it right. Also the thick consistency makes it very, very filling.
Hope someone can benefit from this and if anyone has any test kitchen suggestions, let me know.

So far my soy flour recipes have failed. I'm no baker but I'm working on a protein and flax seed soy muffin and a protein cookie. I may call on you for a little test kitchen advice.
