ok, so  ever since I've re-dedicated my efforts I've been doing a lot experimenting (My brother calls me "test kitchen") 

I plan to update my blog (someday) and include some of the more involved recipies (crepes made w/ soy flour and  creamy crab/shrimp stuffing anyone?)  But for now, I'll share something quick I came up with that *I* believe rivals the Frostie (I call it the Flobie)

8oz skim milk
1 scoop Jillian Michaels chocolate protein powder
1 dollop SF cool whip

Blend then freeze till it begins to get firm.  Add SF hersheys chocolate syrup and re-blend until smooth.  I'm not a fan of protein shakes and can't tolerate many powders but Jillian got it right.  Also the thick consistency makes it very, very filling.  

Hope someone can benefit from this and if anyone has any test kitchen suggestions, let me know.

Mmm that sounds so good.  I'll be waiting for that crepe recipe.   

So far my soy flour recipes have failed.  I'm no baker but I'm working on a protein and flax seed soy muffin and a protein cookie.  I may call on you for a little test kitchen advice.

Well from what I've seen so far soy flour does not stand alone, you have to have "real" flour with it.  Any time I see a recipie that uses soy flour it has whole wheat flour as well.  I'm about to go do some cookes with some leftover pumpkin right now, I'll let you know how it goes.

ETA most of the time.  The crepes don't have any "real' flour in them, just the soy.

Eurika, I never had a clue.  All I use my soy flour for is frying.  Who knew?

Everytime someone uses a recipe for ice cream, it is always chocolate.  Can someone do some strawberry or  vanilla?  I HATE CHOCOLATE!! **** cream that is)

That's next.  I saw that they have a SF strawberry syrup as well.  I didn't buy it when I saw it and just haven't been back but  I'm going to go back and get it and do the same recipie with the vanilla protein powder and strawberry syrup.  I also have a SF Caramel syrup I'm going to try it with as well.  I'll probably throw some instant coffee in that one and try to duplicate the starbucks caramel machiatto ice cream
