Keeping my eye on 34 pounds by 5/24/2010

Man O Man...my calves have been aching all day...they are starting to let up a little. I added Word Up by Cameo and I Know whats up by Donnell Jones and Left Eye to my work out play list. I need some good warm up music too.

I am feeling good today. I looked in the mirror at my backside and I am definitely starting to see more definition in my hips and back....getting a little figure going on (unless its my imagination). Feels good regardless.

I am going to go swimming tonight. Give my legs a break. I do cardio and weight tomorrow with my trainer. He's adding 2 more apparatus to my work out.  That means that I will have 2 sets of 12 reps on 5 leg and 5 arm weights.

Nothing exciting to report today other than I am still on track. I have already given my boss the head up that I am going to be taking FLMA this summer.  I am putting the pressure on myself to complete this this year.

Good for you!  Keep up the hard work.  I am so happy for you that you are seeing the change yourself.  That is so hard to realize some times.  You have motivated me to get in my core work today.

I went to a department store last night....I WAS trippin'...I tried on a size 14 skirt and got it up over my hips....only need a couple of inches and I will be able to zip it up all the way up. It was not stretch material either. I bought the skirt just so I could use it as another way to measure my progress. Hope you were able to get your workout in! Thanks for your support.

Keep on going it girl.  I like that you have a target date in mind and you're readying your life for it.   I'm borrowing that idea. 

Yes, it helps and is motivating me.  Truth be told...if I was to get my TT now....I would look dayum good... Its really the main thing taking away from my figure but I want to have the BEST results so the last pounds will clinch the deal.
