This is the first time that I have checked in for the week. I haven’t fallen off track but did make some conscious decisions to have some unhealthy treats over the long weekend. Even though that was the case I still feel good about it because I didn’t go off the deep end I really did balance everything out & mixed some good with the not so good. Im so proud of myself...I think that I may be getting the hang of this way of healthy eating.
My eats for yesterday:
B – 1 cup of Cereal (Kashi Go Lean)
1 cup of light soymilk (Silk)
L – 10 French fries
Chicken Fettuccini (Lean Cuisine)
1/2 cup of Mixed Veggies
16.9oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon (Singles to go)
S – 8 oz of Protein Juice Smoothie (Naked)
1 serving of Soy Crisps (Gensoy)
D – 1 serving of Lentils w/ turkey neck bone
8oz of water
Cals: 1,463
Fat: 39g
Carbs: 183g
Prot: 108g
Water: 24 oz
I will keep working on doing better with my water intake, some days are just better than others.
