Hey BAF, putting up the thread for Saturday early. Mornings aren't going well lately.
So the weekend is here, how was your FRIDAY? How was your week? How are you going to ensure you stay on point through the weekend? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. What's on your plan?
Stay mindful of the basics. Remember: protein first; plenty of liquids; take all of your supplements; no drinking with meals... You know the drill.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yesterday went well for me as far as my eating. I have started tracking on Fitday again. I was not able to work out yesterday because I had running around to do and then transport my daughter to a Girl Scout camp out. I will definitely get some exercise in today and tomorrow to make up...and back on track.
My Plan for today:
B - 1 cup of Total and 1% milk, vitamins & supps (I prefer to go back to am)
S - Light Yogurt
L - Going to Market will get Rotissiere Chicken Wings, 1/2 baked potatoe
S - Mozarella Stick
D - Chef Salad
S - Cottage Cheese, Peaches and Splenda
Exercise - 60 minutes cardio combo
My Plan for today:

I started feeling a little better yeserday. The vits went down ok, I ate well whi*****luded ff pringles that I planned for. Otherwise just protein, salad, three scoops of protein powder. I did not have any plain water or hit my liquids goal but I did have at least 64 oz.
I'll be back to my normal routine on Monday. I hope. No workout until then. Today I'm working on the protein, liquids, vits. Just the basics today and tomorrow.
