Having a problem swallowing ???

I don't know if anyone else has this trouble but as I stated in a past post I had not been taking my vitamins in over 6 months because I could not swallow the regular vitamins because they would get stuck and cause a lot of discomfort.
The chewable ones I would take for about a wee****il I could not take the taste anymore. 
This week I decided to try the adult gummy vitamins and I love them. Now for all the calorie counters the ones I purchased you have to take 2 and with that is 15 calories. Now I am able to take my vitamins on a daily basis and get back on the ball.

oh yea - good thing on the vitamins - make sure you stay on track! LOL

Have you ever tried the liquid vitamins? I've never in my life had trouble swallowing ;) but I used to use the liquid because I was tired of talking so many tablets.
