Have Sugar free Lemonade today to assist with my H20
B- chicken wings, cottage cheese, applesauce and splenda
S- Protein Bar
L- Chef Salad
S- Boiled Egg
D-Meatloaf healthy Choice Meal
S- Cottage Cheese, Applesauce & Splenda
Exercise: 30 min Weights, 30 min Cardio...I actually tried the elliptical last time and like it this time. I think with me being lighter...I can maneuver it better
