Since I've posted this early and I'm up late watching the angel gabriel run amok in this horror film, I may as well post my Sunday.
I focused on the protein and keeping the carbs at 20% or less of my total calories. Its worked for the week. I think. I made a couple changes but I think its the protein that did it. Water, vits, all check. Today was a high cal high carb day but still in line. All I care about is the scale has budged.
I had a planned junk food meal today and did myself proud. I actually stopped at my pre determined portions and put the rest in the pantry. I did not have to destroy it all to keep from eating it. Snacks do not usually make it more than a couple hours in my presence. I may be making progress on the head issues.
For the week, keeping protein at 150g+; carbs 20% or less total calories; liquids 96 oz including a quart of plain water and two cups of caffine; three shakes including one scoop of whey protein: pro biotics daily; and of course all supplements. I have no clue what's on the menu yet.
