Possible remedy for constipation inside.

hey everybody..i dont post much, but our good friend faith thomas told me about colon cleanse..it sold over the counter at walmart, at first it didnt work immediately. but after two days it worked like clock work. i take one about every other day since i gotten a little more regular. but you can take them twice a day. i also take a stool softener daily. these colon cleanse are wonderful. thanks faith thomas...

Its amazing the amount of products they have out there to clean out our poop shoot.  I think that I am going to do one of those cleansing one day.  I hear that there is most definitely a buildup in the colon and this might help to prevent issues later on down the road.
